Sponsorship Packages

We invite you to sponsor the ”Romanian Summer Festival” that will take place on July 6th 2013 at Câmpul Românesc, Freelton, Ontario between 10 am – 9 pm.

Sponsorship affords your business or organization access to close to 2,000 participants who will be gathering at Câmpul Românesc as well as to over 5,000 unique visitors of our social media pages/groups (based on last year’s results).

In addition, Platinum and Gold sponsors will be featured on the event poster, which will be published in many newspapers with high audience in the community, as well as at high traffic locations (stores, churches, etc.).

Sponsorship Packages:

1 Platinum package $3,500 –  upper stage exposure banner + Booth + logo  printed on the 1.500 tickets and event’s poster, 1 year free listing on ORCA Business Directory, 1 year free exposure in Romanian Summer Festival website at www.RomanianSummerFestival.org,  8 admission tickets, 4 free raffle tickets

1 Gold package $2,000 – lower stage exposure banner  + Booth + logo printed on the 500 tickets and event’s poster, 1 year free listing on ORCA Business Directory, 1 year free exposure in Romanian Summer Festival website at www.RomanianSummerFestival.org, 4 admission tickets, 2 free raffle tickets

10 Silver packages $500 – Booth, 1 year free listing on ORCA Business Directory, 1 year free exposure in Romanian Summer Festival website at www.RomanianSummerFestival.org, 4 admission tickets

Bronze $400 – Banner, 4×6 ft,  6 months free listing on ORCA Business Directory, 1 year free exposure in Romanian Summer Festival website at www.RomanianSummerFestival.org, 2 admission tickets

Standard $200 – Banner, 2×3 ft,  3 months free listing on ORCA Business Directory, 1 year free exposure in Romanian Summer Festival website at www.RomanianSummerFestival.org

Sponsorship at any level will guarantee each Sponsor esteemed recognition and advertising privileges throughout the day of the event, as well as before and after, in materials published or broadcasted in the media (newspapers, social media).

The sponsors’ booths are set up in a specially dedicated outdoor exhibition ground, called “The Sponsors’ Marketplace”, there you can showcase your business during the event (available only to Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsors),

For additional options to promote your business/organization like flyers and other items (e.g., pens/pencils, notepads, magnets) which can be distributed in the participants’ event admission package, please contact us until June 15.

If you are not interested in advertising your business at the festival, we would welcome your kind donation to a scholarship grant, which will support a gifted student from a low income family of our community.

ORCA is a non-profit organization, your contribution might be tax deductible, please check with your accountant.
